How to Contact Scale Warrior Village Support
If you have account problems, payment problems, or any other questions about the Scale Warrior Village, the best way to reach support is to email support [at] tipsofthescale [dot] com.
We’re quick to answer questions, but response times may be slightly longer outside normal business hours – Monday thru Friday, 9am to 5pm Central.
Confirm Your Email Address
I know you just received around 3 emails from me. One with your password, one receipt, and one email asking you to confirm your email. You MUST confirm your email address. That’s how I’ll communicate with you about new site features and more!

Apply to Join the Facebook Community
This is where much of the magic happens. Our private Facebook community is an active group where you can interact with other Warriors, ask questions, and receive support, encouragement, and advice 24/7.
To apply for access, simply pop over to Facebook at the link below and ask to join. If your name on Facebook does not match your Scale Warrior Village membership, make sure you send an email letting us know that.
Village members have lost anywhere from 10 pounds up to 350 and more, and you’ll find some of the most generous, compassionate individuals anywhere. And again, if any questions, feel free to email us. See you inside!
