Happy Monday everyone! So today I would like to talk about being late. It’s the end of September, and I am sure that we have all forgotten to do at least one of our New Years Resolutions. That’s not a problem! Don’t fret! I’m not here to judge or blame you. But I am going to let you in on a small, little known secret. It’s still 2014! You still have time to reach your goals. You all know the old phrase “better late than never.”

Let’s do a little math, shall we? Let’s say your goal for 2014 was to lose 10 pounds. That’s less than a pound a month! If you decide to revise your goal and lose what you would have lose if you started in January, you could still be down 2.5 pounds! That’s still a great accomplishment. Something you can be so proud of for doing.
It’s never to late to start something. Our goal in life is to be constantly getting better, constantly evolving. We want to be the very best. And the only way to do that is to realize that there is no such thing as “too early” or “too late” to start something. We can’t wait until the opportune moment because that moment may never come. We have to do it while things are a little tough in our lives. There is nothing magical or special about January 1st.
So get out there, level up, be awesome. Make today your January 1st. Happy New Years to a new you!
