Salsa is such an underrated food-stuffs; and homemade salsa is a wonderful delight. I love cooking it with my chicken legs (roasted), using it as a condiment with fresh veg or homemade pita chips (lightly seasoned with garlic and salt) or tossing some in my chili or soups.
However you use yours, enjoy it’s versatility and I would love to hear your version of this amazing food.
Tips: I enjoy a little bit of pineapple or mango in mine if serving with chips. If you can handle black beans and hot sauce, by all means, toss ’em in!
